What's an RSS news feed?

RSS (Really Simple Syndication) feeds brings the news to you.  RSS uses a standard XML format to distribute content to your feed reader or web browser, letting you keep up-to-date with news from from all your favourite sources on the web.

How do I use an RSS feed?

You subscribe to an RSS feed using an RSS reader which checks the news feeds you've subscribed to on a regular basis.  The RSS reader displays the headlines of any new news items and provides links to view the full content.  Some web browsers have a built-in RSS feed feature, or you can download a desktop RSS reader for free.
