TLP114A(IGM) and TLP759(IGM) are most suitable devices for isolation interface between IPM (Intelligent Power Module) and control IC circuits in motor control applications. They guarantee minimum and maximum of propagation delay time, switching time dispersion and high common mode transient immunity.
TLP106 is latest development product. It has totem pole output, so pull-up resistors are no more needed.
