TLP250, TLP251 and TLP351 are IGBT direct drive couplers for small and medium capacity IGBTs. They are in standard 8 pin DIP package with white
mould resin, which yields higher sensitivity.
They achieve a high Vcc range, have short response time characteristics and high output peak current.
Latest generation type is TLP351. It incorporates Bi-CMOS technology, which reduces the supply current to 1/5 of previous generation. So it is suitable for lowest power consumption.
