Frame Rate Converter (FRC) - TC90240XBG

Toshiba’s new single chip scan rate converter supports 1080p high definition applications. Toshiba’s new TC90240XBG significantly simplifies the delivery of high quality television picture output by providing a combination of scan conversion and comprehensive picture management functionality without the need for software programming. The device uses LVDS connectivity to accommodate the 50Hz or 60Hz video input from a suitable MPEG decoder and scalar IC and to deliver the 100Hz or 120Hz video output.
