Takashi Nagasawa, President, Toshiba Electronics Europe GmbH

Mr. Nagasawa has joined Toshiba from Toshiba's Semiconductor and Storage Company in Tokyo, where he was the Senior Manager of SSD Sales and Marketing of Memory Division.

Mr. Nagasawa holds a bachelor degree in economics from Sophia University and masters degree in international management from American Graduate School of International Management in the United States.  He has been with Toshiba since 1985 and during his career he has had a variety of roles and responsibilities at Toshiba including Toshiba's other overseas offices, Toshiba Electronics Taiwan (1998-1999) and Toshiba America Electronics Components Inc (2002-2006, Vice President of System LSI Group).

Based at the Toshiba Electronics Europe headquarters in Duesseldorf, Mr.Nagasawa has took over the position of president from Mr.Otsuka, who held the role from 2008 to 2011.
